About the Founder: Lance E. Lee
The "I CAN" mindset is grounded in reality. It is the product of over five decades of living, working, and leading in Japan.
Lance E. Lee is a Tokyo-based entrepreneur, educator, and speaker who has spent his career bridging cultures and generations. His extensive background allows him to see the AI revolution not as a disruption, but as an evolution of business efficiency.
His leadership roles include:

During his tenure at institutions like the Tokyo American Club, Lance fostered environments where diverse groups could collaborate and succeed. Today, he applies that same spirit of collaboration to the digital realm.
